Where do they get the water to start and continuous refill? Try 5 million gallons daily on average. You can look this up as well. Look at that map where it's going in at. Read up on Land subsidence. There are huge environmental probs being brought up about this.

AI is necessary invention but the people with the money financing this are not living in the area.

I'm concerned about both the water supply and the pollution generated.
We already seem to have major water shortages in many areas of the country.
I also suspect that not all of the proposed complexes will be needed and that some companies are just jumping on the most recent thing.

They are trying to build one in PA right now and the whole town got together to vote it out!
They realized it is all automated and it wouldn't provide any new jobs as they were going to bring in their own employees.

Yeah, there is too much information out there contradicting that. Too much push back… I look at it this way if there is a dollar amount to be made on it, there will be a cost to be paid not coming from the pockets where the money will be going. Over and over again we have seen happen this happen. Prime examples the developer who failed to develop the property next to elm grove with environmental impacts in mind. The sand mining companies whose production practices was implicated on the impact to the community during Harvey. Remember the developer who wanted to come in a develop the forest cove area?? That didn't go over too well. The area in Jacinto City is not the same demographic base as say Kingwood. I have to speculate that may be an advantage very well planned for.

As the I first asked about one's thoughts on it all. You have explained your thoughts and there is no harm no foul on a disagreement.
