Doddlebug50 : I have no clue why that waterfall is run at all at this point. If it is a must, maybe run it during the day and then shut it down at night. Then maybe that would keep kids from doing it. And maybe put a camera up even if it is a fake one.

Unfortunately, I don't think a community center would solve this problem. Never seen one that stayed open too late. Don't think this soap dumping is happening before curfews!

msuz : I think the old HEB would be a great place to have maybe video games, race cars, putt putt, food court and whatever else kids like to do these days.

Since I moved here 30 years ago, it seems this is an on going 'thing"the kids do each year. actually I think they do it less now . And every year people either act shocked that someone would do this to kids will be kids. But what gets me the most...... if this has been going on this long 1. why hasn't city come up with a plan to stop it, or 2, parts that would work with the bubbles without damage.
I just cant see the point of letting it happen each year then just "hope" it wont again. me personally i like the bubbles but not excusing the kids behavior.
