Thai restaurant in Kingwood. We are fans of Thai Cottage in Bellaire and The Woodlands. Their peanut sauce is great - on salads, spring rolls, plus a chicken dish. Is there a comparable restaurant in our area? Thai Lao on Kingwood Dr. doesn't have peanut sauce anywhere on their menu. We have not been to the restaurant. 4951

donnatella : I haven't phoned but I will. Thanks for the suggestion. I was hoping someone could recommend a good Thai restaurant in Kingwood - I don't want to drive to The Woodlands until after everyone returns to work after the holidays. I hate traffic.ðŸ˜ 4951

ChesterAtkins : I worked in the Galleria area for 30+ years. There is zero motivation to make that drive these days. Restaurants are good. Shopping is good. I'm not going. 4951

Thai Lao is really good, much better since the name change and ownership change of the prior Thai restaurant there.

Nara Thai is really good, too, but a bit of a hike from Kingwood. 4951
