They have some of the best barbecue in the area - and amazing sides to go with it! The BYOB and complimentary beer should be a big plus as well. I wish them well on the new venture and can't wait to check them out! They are listed on The Exchange too. 4951

BooBear: food trucks are a good way for chefs to vet concepts at a reasonable cost. Test recipes, tweak concepts etc….. brick and mortar right out of the gate is a big roll of the dice. 4951

chasinghosts : It's really hopping out there off St Emmanuel. Same area as 8th Wonder Brewery, Truck Yard, Lucky's, Little Woodrows, Chapman & Kirby, ect. Real close to Minute Maid Park and the Dynamo/Dash Stadium. 4951

eighteen : We go to the Truckyard sometimes. I'm just not that big into being around a drinking crowd so try to avoid that area. I'll check it out if we're ever down that way for a game though. 4951
