I'm sorry you had such a bad experience, and I hope you will be alright. I would choose to go to an urgent care facility before I would go there. I think The Memorial Hermann Emergency Center over by HEB on Kingwood Drive is a good place to go, too.

Been there several times, one being yesterday at the pediatrics ER and have always had a good experience.

HCA KW has treated us very well.

Been there 3 times. Haven't died yet. Please give specifics on why it's bad.

Damourtrash: Does Kingwood EMS still insist on transporting patients to Kingwood Hospital for Emergency Services because they say it is closer, or will they now transport to the Hermann Memorial Emergency Hospital near H-E-B if requested by patient?
