The drivers on Woodland Hills are insane. Â The school zones do not mean a thing to them. Â Same on Kingwood Dr at KHS on late arrival day. Â I get passed up by people doing 40, while in the school zone. Â And everyone of the drivers can see the flashing school zone signs like I can. Â There should be a 2K fine for speeding in a school zone. Â Second offense, you should lose your license. Â All it requires is to slow down for the a couple of blocks. Â That simple.

Fallon: Well let me tell you what pisses me off is when the buses stop to pick up or drop off kids and the cars don't stop. That burns me up, saw it yesterday morning going to work on 1960. Of course I am on the opposite side so since there is a median I don't have to stop. But the cars on the same side of the Â bus never stopped, and I saw cars that were behind the bus go around it! I said where is a cop when you need one? He could have written at least 20 tickets right there on the spot and met his quota.

Not only on Woodland Hills.... Â School zones do not mean slow down 20 miles an hour, they mean slow down TO 20 miles an hoursÂ

or anyone not following traffic rules.Sometimes bikes forget they need to follow them too.

I'm getting me a bike soon, as well as I follow traffics rules I'm sure I'll see other idiots on bikes not following sidewalk rules, I do need more cardio exercise other then walking on my off days so I figure a 29 inch bike would hold my 250 pound weight. 4951
