Tachus is just as vulnerable to the same issues as any other provider. That said, they may have quicker response time and restoration then others as well.

CountFloyd : But don't they have generators so they don't go out when the power is out?

Tachus says its outage is caused by a third-party national provider. They say it's affecting other internet providers too. No ETA for service restoration.
