The ability to create private group chats for the chatty cathy's and create a tab for that would be a neat idea.

How about one of the computer nerds figures out a way to prevent duplicate posts on the same subject. When Poster A says centerpoint is trimming trees, and gets half a dozen comments, there is no need for Poster B to start a new thread 30 minutes later asking why is centerpoint trimming trees. And 45 minutes after that Poster C starts a new thread and says she was driving down the street and saw centerpoint tree trimmers working in the neighborhood. Then an hour later Poster D starts a thread wondering when centerpoint will finish trimming the trees, and will they get to the one in her front yard today or tomorrow.

Members really don't like when I consolidate threads...also, some members might have others on "Ignore", so they don't see the original thread...might just be something to live with.

Joe : I'm not one of them. Right now there are multiple threads on the e-bike accident and death, and I fully support consolidation. I also like having all non-FL topics together. Seems like half the page went away. Don't like this new forced separation. Could it be a toggle choice instead, like FL has?
