Yay!!! You won't be sorry. We switched as soon as they made it available for us. Outages are when contractors cut a line and Tachus immediately is on the repairs. If power goes out Tachus goes on generator so there is a brief outage during the transition . Their customer service is outstanding.

Switching Teams! Finally! Yup - just signed up for Tachus... Installation 7/24! I'm so ready to ditch Xfinity/Comcast. Going to cut my bill in half and more than double my bandwidth...
