SWAT situation at Kingwood Lakes apartment

#msg5948541cbear : Well im in the building next door so its pretty clear lol , Suspect is Florence Holder idk the spelling they have requested that he come out with nothing in his hands ,they state that they are aware there was an altercation last night but that they need him to come out so they can clear it all up. They have stated they can guarantee safety if he comes out willingly and unarmed but that if they have to go in they cant promise his safety ...im paraphrasing but they stated the complex is surrounded and his family is outside so im hoping everyone was removed safely...right now its eerily quiet
