I'm that way abut Cali. Born and raised in the most beautiful state. Moved from the beach to the mounains I could not get enough of the gorgeous coastline. But always have been part gypsy. Decided to try Vegas. Then here. This is home unless I win the lottery. Then it's Hawaii here I come. Ihave a favorite spot there too.

There are so many things involved here. The lending practices are one thing but the crime in the area is bad. I have friends on the police force who say they won't go in there. When they don't have money they do whatever to survive. They even shoot each other. For those who defend them I say move them into the house next door to you. Let them paint it bright colors and never mow the yards. Play their music at all hours at blood curdling levels. It's an education thing. I have friends and neighbors who are Mexican. We are even honorary grandparents to some. Nicest people. We have partied with them but all are either born here or gotten their citizenship by doing the work. They don't even want these people from that area in our neighborhood.
