Story on Channel 13 tonight

I am so confused. Did the Dad and two sons assault a random person or was it the grandfather?

Disregard my previous post regarding the father being the victim. I was wrong and posted inaccurate information. The father was driving and the son was in the passenger seat. The victim was not related to the assailants.

And why would HPD take the word of someone with such a lengthy weapon?
Did they find the gun he was firing?

The "victim" has previous drug charges, along with many other crimes. The dad and son were wrongly arrested after stopping this thug after he shot out their windows. The news only has one side of the story. This family has a stellar reputation.

That's really scary. I DoorDash. Lately I don't do it at night anymore. It's a shame because that's when I make the most money. I've never been a scardy cat, but I've gotten a little more cautious about being out at night.

grinchy : Yeah - makes no sense at all. Police sometimes make mistakes, but it makes zero sense that they let the guy go with a long criminal record, and uptowngirl2345 claims he had a gun and shot the windows out of the two arrested guys. Police would have arrested both parties if that were true.

Kittle : That was what I was going to type. They don't tell you what happened before this although there's not much that could happen that would justify this at all. but something had to happen.
