Exactly! No way to control every nuance of the growth cycle. Heck even my hydroponic lettuce grown indoors shouldn't be called organic. What if household cleaning chemicals got into the water?

I really hate that. Metal, cardboard, glass, and paper all can be easily recycled. I wish we would do better. I mean our leaders at every level.
I try to reuse and not use as much single use items, It's not easy when everything is wrapped in layers of plastic.

I don't trust anyone anymore. They all have an agenda. I only look at peer reviewed research and then check for bias.
I do know bringing newspapers and magazines to Doras dogs helps them in any case.

I will go by, after the initial big rush, when it opens. I have gone to one in FL, near my favorite beach spot, but did not buy anything. Muffins looked good, but the ones at Publix were more reasonably priced, and I knew those were good. It will be interesting to see what they offer.
