Spring

It's beautiful "drive with the sunroof open" weather. Went out today and it was the best "errands" run I've had in ages. Temp is just perfect!

@Donnawisdom : It really IS a stellar day! So glad that I got the grass cut this morning and can be outside this afternoon and enjoy it!

I went to get a frap at Starbucks and said to butler it is so gorgeous today. He agreed saying it was greatly appreciated at the soccer game this morning.

We sat in the patio for a couple of hours. The birds are very loud and happy today. We have many feeders and they were frolicking around out there. What a beautiful day!

@Donnawisdom : It was a beautiful day! I spent several hours in the backyard watering plants, feeding birds and squirrels, weeding and deadheading flowers. Here are just two of my visitors.

@Donnawisdom : Brrr. That water is too cold for me to swim and yes...battling those stringy oak tree dangly things that clog the skimmer and dirty the pool up.

I agree. The flowers are in full bloom. My yesterday, today and tomorrow is gorgeous and my walking iris has had a few blooms. They both smell so lovely too.

Sat on the patio watching the UT women win....then took the convertible out for errands...it was a great day!

@muffy : Oh yes ma'am! When I pull the pole on the vacuum out of the water..it is cold to the touch!

@Donnawisdom : Bumper crop of amaryllis from all those years of getting the bulbs at Christmas (and then I throw them in the pot after they bloomed at Christmas).

Yesterday was an absolutely beautiful day to be outside. Today started out really nice, too, but I think it's going to be a little warmer later on. Still a great weekend for outdoor activities. Hope you are enjoying it!
