@LittleTexas :
Curbside refund requests and complaints must be filed online via the Curbside 'help with this order' option. Response takes a few days, my rotten meat is long gone by the time I hear back so as not to stink up the place but I have taken pictures. They request pictures. The responses have been either nothing at all, or an apology that they can not grant me a refund.

I don't do curbside. We were at an HEB the other day. Those shopper carts they use to fill people's orders was sitting outside in the heat, underneath an awning. One of those trays had a gallon of milk on it.

@eighteen :
That is awful :0 I notice that a lot of those that are doing the orders are young kids, with their earbuds imbedded, and listening to music, or on a phone call, chatting. Most of them have done little grocery shopping, as they still live at home, and their Moms cook. I know this service is helpful to many, but I never use it, for this and many other reasons.

Wow not buying that. I mostly go into the grocery store daily while in town. I only buy what I want for that day or for 2 days. I store very little food at home. Coffee and water etc: Someone told me that is European style grocery shopping. Also it's just me and I just eat it all. So probably why.

I don't do curbside often because one time I ordered a squash and they gave me this mega one that no one wanted and with paying by weight, nope. Or when I buy an avocado and I get one that is very squishy or opposite takes a week to ripen. I haven't had an issue with meat other than I get some with more fat on it than I prefer. However I have bought organic chicken there a few times and it stinks. I don't think they crank it up at the proper freezing temp during shipping to the store. I bet it wasn't at the right temp for all those meats before it made it to the store.
@Echo72 :
I would have been very angry. They would have heard me coming in from the parking lot. Kroger refunds if the meat "seems" tough.
