When we had a Toyota with a maintenance plan, we used Fred Haas on I-45

Years ago, we used to use that dealership when it was Tejas Toyota. For years they were really good, but then they went downhill fast. We don't use them anymore.

My husband made an appointment to have his car fixed due to a recall. He dropped it off for the appointment and then got a call later that afternoon saying they didn't have the part needed to fix the problem, but they did find $900 worth of other problems that they could fix that day if he wanted. No thank you. That was pretty irritating. Why did they schedule the appointment for a specific recall if they knew they didn't have the part needed? 🙄

Things seemed to be better when they were Tejas. Sales and service aren't the same. We were shopping for a new car in June. They made it so hard to come see the vehicles and they did not have what we wanted on the lot. Sales manager calls and says they will have them in a day or two and the salesman will call. No call so we ended up buying a Honda.

Since the dealership has been sold, there are none of the employees I knew and trusted on their staff. They have all been dismissed. For me, this means I won't be taking my car to them for service work. They just seem to be a bit to much on the "Slick Willie" side for my liking.

Good to hear these reviews. We purchased our yota from them recently and just hitting the first maintenance interval.Prolly still use them for just oil n rotation

Same. Just the free basic included maintenance.

I had a bad experience back when it was Humble Toyota. I'll drive to Fred Haas in Spring when I need major maintenance or recall work.

When we had a Toyota we used them for basic service only. Fortunately we never needed major maintenance. That dealership has had a questionable reputation for a long time.

Well they found issues with the braking system. They will be replacing all the brakes and rotors. All under warranty.😳
