Smash Shack Coming to Nico's!

That looks pretty good!

I haven't been to Nico's in a long while, but they used to have great live music and some of the best burgers. Wondering if it will stay in the "bar" category or switch to more of a restaurant.

Expensive.

The pic says food truck menu. Are they switching gears and moving in doors? Their food truck has been there before.

The owner/operator of the food truck was the chef/cook for the "old" Nico's.

those are the only current menu pictures, so I posted them, just for info. no menu info on what/why/how/when they will do the 'kitchen' at this spot. Not sure it will still be called Nico's? Remembering that Bar Rescue changed the name and menu, but the owners went Back to...not exactly sure what, but the owners did not seem to follow the rebranding, for long.

littletexasOh yea, they love their prices. Memorial Herman NE's cafeteria $5 cheeseburgers are in my price range.

looks like a fun event! I think the change in owners will be somewhat seamless, since the new owners supposedly have 3 other bar/food spots. Will be fun to see what they morph into, and food,too.

Not at all impressed with Smash Shack. Since I don't eat meat, I ordered their tater tots, and I love tater tots. And they were HORRIBLE. Had to throw them out. Even the staff at the place they were serving in front of, didn't want them.

Texasdad: I don't drink much either, but I would definitely go out there and grab a burger; you can probably order from inside and they will bring your food. I can do with the tequila and 7 with the twist if lime, a Snakebite, from time to time.
