Shrimp for Sale

There used to be a gentleman on 1960 going towards Aldine-Westfield Rd. who sold fresh shrimp from his 2/3 ice chests on the side of the road. Does anyone know if he is still there on the weekend or anyone else in that area that sell fresh shrimp on the side of the road? It was always fresh and rather large.

not sure if it is the same guy but there is place in a strip shopping center where the post office is on 1960. He has a few freezers with some frozen seafood and large ice chests with fish and shrimp.
