I used to go over there to shoot at Carter's Country, but I rarely go back there any more. It seems like that area is on the news pretty regularly. +
How ironic, the translation for the Spanish word "mala" is bad in English... stay away from "Bad Way" street.
Donnawisdom : How many shootings have we had in a Kingwood past few years? Break ins, bank juggings, theft……easy on crime leadership - nothing for the bad guys to fear.
And it's is really sad. I moved to Tavola in New Caney. Love our new Valley Ranch. But across the highway Lennar is building basically Tiny homes. 1000sq ft. for 165, 000. Some say good for first time buyers to be able to have a home. Others say lower income moving in and see property values going down. Makes me wonder how long I want to stay. We have a great community and we all know each other through activities. Low crime but Lennar sold off property that was going to be commercial to a rental developer. Now some vandalism is starting to occur.
Ruger5 : Shootings in Kingwood? Very few.
buffaloglenn : Five in two years is what I heard. And that isn't counting the police thug shooting over the summer or the one last night. I lived her 25 years before there was ever a local shooting. Wasn't Carol shot to death this summer? Down play all you like- we absolutely ARE living in a bonafied crime boom. And we all know why
