LittleTexas : The hood rats and bangers are going to ruin Deerbrook, just as they ruined Greenspoint. It's sad that what used to be a nice mall is falling into the same pattern that many malls around the country are having to deal with.

CaffeineFree : They need to enact the same type of program that Willowbrook Mall has. No one under 18 unless they have an adult as a chaperone and must stay with them until they leave. If strictly enforced people should really see a difference.
UptownGirl : I really think this is the thing to do. Kids are not really there to spend money. Kids need a chaperone!
LittleTexas : I was sorry to hear this news, and prayers for all those involved. It's good that it wasn't worse, I heard the mall was very busy with back to school shoppers. I thought most malls had a mandate where teenagers had to be accompanied by an adult, but I guess Deerbrook didn't have that in place. I think they should definitely enforce that now, especially after this incident.
