So he met a stranger in a dark wide open mall lot after dark to sell a $4000.00 bracelet? Who the **** does that unless it's hotter than a burning charcoal briquette. Seriously smells of rotten fish.
MissAmericanPie : Did it say the guy called the police? I assumed it was onlookers or mall security.
I'm not sure, it sounded like it tho.

What ******* wants to meet at 8pm in a dark lit parking lot?
How do they know all the details about what happened if they can't find the people?
It doesn't say anyone else called the police. It seems to read like the sellers side of the story.
Always meet at a police station (Sheriff or Constable as well) because there are cameras all around and lots of protection but go inside the building.
Everybody on this site needs to learn first aid for trauma and should carry an IFAK pouch with at least 2 tourniquets, 2 chest seals, an Israeli bandage, some quick clot, and some packing. I have 2 complete IFAKs in my truck just for the kind of event that happened at the mall. At the very least I can stop bleeding until help arrives. There are good training videos online if you don't have time to take first aid classes.

I went to Dearbrook yesterday with no fear and parked at Dillards. I guess I was being braver than I thought. My son gave me mace and a tourniquet for Christmas. That was my only gift from anyone, but I know he loves me after all.
Possibly? Or was it a bracelet sale at all? Maybe the buyer dropped his bracelet when the pew pew started and the seller used it to say it wasn't a drug deal but a resale gone wrong?
Only two people that were there know the truth. Lol
