At any rate, buying and selling stuff carries risks. Don't forget the amount of fraud going on….in every area of life. Also it's possible both people were sketchy. The bracelet could have been stolen and being sold to sketchy person # 2.
But the fact that one called the cops makes me think he was just not being careful. If he was a thug, I doubt he'd call the police..

On the couple of times a year we go anywhere near that mall or to any of the stores on 1960 I always carry.I don't know how many of you know the Bordersville area on 1960 Business but that area is old school gangster.

Has to be more to the story.

after dark..deserted parking lot. there are SO many warnings and articles about meeting at a police station, or at a jewelry store, Inside, to also have the item appraised. someone was clearly Not thinking, here.
