I was extremely **** when I opened mine and found it was for $700+ and this dump of a subdivision doesn't even have a pool. They jacked ours up because they had to put in a new splashpad WTH??? I never even saw the old one and have lived here 15 years. This is getting so out of hand.Correction I called them and they had transposed the amounts. So it's only $472.+ change but still that's a lot for a home here.

billcherie2 : I agree with that for sure! January is the worst timing with property taxes due also! Sandcreek sends out their bills in the summer, at least.
