Semi Trucks

May be someone has posted this before. If so, I missed it.
There are semi trucks, the type that haul gravel on Northpark Drive and turning near Kingwood Park HS. What type of work is going on and where do they go?

Genesis : I don't know but maybe they stashed the gravel there and truck it over to NP?

When they were working on 1960, there were gravel and dirt piles nearby.
