I always go for the class actions. Might have to wait 3 years for that $10 check but it's always a nice surprise! On the Takata airbag settlement, I asked for $50 gas money since I had to drive my car to the dealer for replacement. Got a check for that. LOL

Jonn : I think the lawyers get 40-50%. They drag it out as long as possible so they can rake in even more bucks.
