SAFE JOURNEY IN TOWN: SO busy and crazy on Kingwood Dr today. SO many running red lights and stop signs. UNBELIEVABLE. Traders Joe traffic was crazy NUTS. Kingwood Dr traffic NUTS. STOP GO STOP GO. Kings Manor has become the short cut to Green Oak rather than 494/Kingwood Dr. Lucky to get out of our subdivision. Everyone please do not rush the lights or stop signs so you can live another year. Give yourself patience and extra time to get to your destination safely. Thanks

I continually get honked at during signal changes as I wait for the red light runners to pass on my green light. Enjoy your honking, I'm not going until the red light runners pass. I should get a bumper sticker that reads keep on honking insurance agent on board.

It's getting worse and worse. I live on a corner with a four-way stop sign and it has basically become optional. People don't even slow down now, they just zip right through.

I live near a 3 way stop and always proceed with caution as many do not stop at all. In the past, I have had close calls.

I've noticed more honking, including at me! I just smile and wave, which adds a few seconds more so I'm sure they are even more ticked.😊 👋

The 14 year old grand is really watching traffic (trying to make sure we support driving in his future). He asked me why I slowed down in the right lane on Kingwood Dr when a car ahead and on the left lane was slow. I showed him how that car was driving within a few inches of the left curb, and continually oversteering back in the lane. I explained the physics of how when the car hits the left curb it will bounce back into my lane.

Me too, and the fact that there are people walking their dogs or pushing babies in strollers doesn't seem to bother those drivers at all!

yes and people with bikes and all their possessions or backpack...i cringes when i sa these folks un the gas pedal on red...scary thought to be injured or dead before Christmas
