The state needs to require governors on these. Most of these kids wouldn't know how to bypass it. Maybe then KSA would allow them on the greenbelts.

Yay! This is a step in the right direction! Let's hope they enforce it and follow up. I agree-- elementary kids are too young to Operate these to school.

Mimis : For many years I had morning duty in the school parking lot. The expectation was that children dismount their bikes once they are on school grounds. The kids had a hard time with that rule; the temptation to ride their bikes across the parking lot was strong. Walking their bikes along the sidewalk meant sharing it with other kids and teachers on their way into the building, but definitely safer.

Are they just supposed to review something, or is there an actual test? I would prefer the kids have to take an actual test.

Greenbelt signs indicate "no motorized vehicles" yet I see electric motorbikes and electric scooters frequently. I hope it's clear in the safety training that greenbelts are off limits. It's not safe for elderly people and moms with baby carriages when these kids zoom by.
