On 6/28/2025 around midnight one of Constable Ryan Gable's patrol deputies saw a white Lincoln SUV with an equipment violation near Rayford Rd & Riley Fuzzel Rd, Spring. After activating the emergency lights/siren the vehicle was stopped and contact made with the driver identified as Mitchell Cohen of Houston. After an investigation Mitchell was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated. The vehicle was towed and Mitchell was transported to the Montgomery Co, Sheriff's Office jail.
