Probably? You can buy 1.5 to 5 acre lots in the Commons out here for 40K (cheaper as you go up in lot size) an acre, high and dry with alot of gorgeous homes out here.
We probably do not need to discuss price yet as 300K an acre isn't correct, if this new owner a RE guy like's been mentioned I doubt he's out of that out of touch to ask that, it's prolly going to be about 25% of that. 4951

Hopefully really nice homes will be built which will add value to the homes already there. It will be a different HOA but that should not bother the original HOA.

You can get lots cheaper elsewhere such as the commons but forest cove is very convenient with its easy access to 59 and the airport 4951

You can get lots cheaper elsewhere such as the commons but forest cove is very convenient with its easy access to 59 and the airport

Very convenient, and nice neighborhood. Doesn't make their 1 acre lots worth 300K though, lol. There's some confusion somewhere, but I'm sure he'd sell you a cpl of acre lots for 600K if you tkink they are worth it Emoticon
