@cador : It could one of those rare cases where an old, former prime neighborhood gets a shot of adrenaline. Does not happen often but I have seen it before. Usually turns into a great neighborhood. 4951

You know, there are some really old, small homes on that golf course, I don't think Ron Holley will be incorporating those into his design plan, I wonder how he'll separate them out. I'm guessing, gated entrance and big walls, just like Deer Ridge Estates. 4951

beastmode : Why would they have their own HOA? That's still FC.

@sweetie : FC HOA has no jurisdiction on the golf course. It's private property. 4951

@beastmode : That makes no sense. Our homes are private property and we are under FC HOA.. so why is he different ? So we could have 2 HOA competiting with each other? 4951

@sweetie :
LOL, I may! I can do without the mini-horses though. They rented the horse stable/pasture here-it's nice coming home to horses staring at you (they have 4, 2 of them were behind the stables).
My LL sold the next door property, 2.5 acres or so to the neighbor next door, which was smart, probably going to allow him to take 100K or more off the selling price (and lower taxes) for poperty that wasn't going to do the buyer much good anyway, place could sell a lot quicker the more it moves off that million dollar selling price, could be looking for something quicker than I thought. 4951

@cador : Well if you're living on a million dollar property, you're not going to want to live in FC 😂 4951

@sweetie : What if you could get the million dollar property for 500K. I guess if one was a complete snob but a million dollar home for half price. I would take that deal. Nothing wrong with the older homes. Most of them are kept up nice, lots of older trees. Still a nice looking area. 4951

@beastmode : I love FC. I love the trees. It's quiet. Almost everyone keeps their homes and yards nice. 4951

@Brewmaster : I seriously doubt that but I will bite. Got intel.

That is developed. There is no acre worth 300K in FC undeveloped. If there is, I'm sitting on a freakin gold mine. 4951
