Ron Holley a developer has apparently bought the Forest Cove golf course. Looks like he's selling it in acre lot. Has anyone heard about this? 4951

@sweetie : Great! I'm sure those houses he builds there will never flood. Oh wait..... he can build 75 story towers to shade the Herron project. 4951

@sweetie : Yes. I'm buying an acre if true. We already had the biggest lots. They are about to get even bigger. Primo real estate for those on the course. I could see big mcmansion folks lining up to bust down some old homes to build their castles on the cheap. 4951

Didn't most of the course (above the hill) not flood? 4951

@TheBeyonder : About 20% of it flooded. It flooded up to the top of the hill. Everything was fine. They just demolished the home at the bottom of the hill. 4951

@sillystring : I hope this is true. I've been cutting an acre of it every couple of weeks to keep critters out the yard. Rather just buy it since I'm already maintaining it. Been wanting to plant a large garden and a have pool. I can't have a pool now due to the trees in the yard. 4951
