sebastian2 : I certainly do. A hand up is a gesture which is appreciated by the recipient that helps someone get on their feet after a setback. A handout becomes expected by the recipient as a permanent source of income to overcome their own lack of responsibility, their continuous pattern of stupidity and their self destructive behavior. We know an ex-Woodlands family who lives there now. Their son was in the BMT unit with E back in 2007. Unfortunately he didn't survive his disease. They seem to have no problems and find many philanthrophic and civic organizations to support and enjoy.

Skippy : South, North, East, and West, we explored it all. My son is considering the University of Portland. We had a wonderful time and can assure you, the city is not on fire.

TXLobo : I saw a detailed on the street report and you are probably right. Even the police chief said the issues occurred only on a single block and he was not happy that the administration is saying is was a city on fire.
