Repeat Theft Offender Arrested at New Caney Walmart

Repeat Theft Offender Arrested at New Caney WalmartPrecinct 4 Deputies responded to a Theft In-Progress at the New Caney Walmart where a male was being combative with loss prevention associates, before taking the merchandise and running away without paying. Deputies located the male getting into a vehicle in the parking lot and were able to get him and three other individuals in the vehicle detained. During the investigation, the male involved in the theft showed to have numerous convictions for theft and was subsequently placed in custody for felony Theft. A second male on location showed to have an active misdemeanor warrant out of Montgomery County and an active Criminal Trespass Warning for the Walmart. That male was ultimately placed in custody for his warrant, and earned himself a new charge of Criminal Trespass.
