I wish I did recognize the vehicle. Hope really good homes are found for all the pups.

Would they be better off taken to the pound? Sounds like they have a better chance there as someone else's burden. I agree it's irresponsible and disrespectful.

Fireba11: I'm not the owner of the rescue they were dumped at, only helping to share this information.

@Jx5673: sadly if no one steps up to foster they probably will go to a shelter. Dora's Dawgs and Katz are always at full capacity as are other rescues. If only people would neuter/spay and adopt rescued wouldn't be maxed out.
