Really wish I could have a dog now...

Only had one dog that was a squirrel killer she is probably 20 years old now, deaf and blind. The other 2 costing me a small fortune in stuffed animals

RolloTomaso : My miniature Schnauzer was a squirrel chaser! She's passed now but we would laugh and wonder what she would do if she ever caught one. 😆. She got close a few times. Grass would be flying up behind her as she darted across the yard.

My last Boxer got a squirrel once! She picked it up in her mouth, tossed it in the air and started chasing it again! She was so much fun!

You could always train them.

RolloTomaso : I refer to it as "rent-a-dog". Contact VAP (Volunteers for Animal Protection. And foster a dog for as long or as little as you want.

I have a little squirrel that comes on my patio… he has 1/2 of a tail! I can't tell if some other animal bit it off or he was born that way. I call him Stubby

Our current dog jewel has killed two squirrels in drug themin the house. She also has a squirrel stuffed toy so we have to be careful where we're picking up squirrels. Her name is Jewel and she has lived up to her name..
