Owners don't get the emails either, is they are leaving things to their managers. You could have asked them manager how to contact the owner, or done a search for who the owner is? You also are making presumptions about the manager without even talking to them. The general manager may be unaware about what is going on in the kitchen. It could have been a random thing an employee did.
