If it's raining somewhere, then that's correct. It's still spring for a few more days, then it will be summer, and then you will have to say, "it's raining in summer."

Had about 5 minutes of a mist coming from a dark cloud overhead, as I walked at 9 am, this morning. It actually felt good; especially after the cloud moved on, and it got hot, quickly! Weather people saying a pop up is possible, and honestly, always welcome! Emoticon
