Picasso13 : That is 100%, without a doubt a completely harmless plain-bellied watersnake. Just leave it alone and it will be on its way. If you really want it gone, spritz it with the hose.

Joe : True, but not ready for a heart attack which will happen if I see one in person. I have saw 1 snake in my lifetime and believe me that was 1 too many. I was shaking like a live wire for hours.

It is either a plain bellied or diamond backed water snake. You can tell by the lines on the jaw. It is not a venemous anything. Southeast Texas Snake ID on is a great resource, and they have know who will relocate snakes.

Picasso13 : I think its a Crack snake. There are friendly snakes and snakes that will kill you. Pick it up, and if it bites you its not one of the friendly types.
