DDV1218 : I'm no lawyer so I can't cite the specific laws that the Biden administration ignored. It was stated "new laws" were needed to stem the flow of illegals through the southern border. All that was needed was to enforce several of the laws already enacted.

The due process immigrants are afforded varies depending on how long a person has been in the U.S. and their legal status. Legal experts say there are no exceptions to due process for immigrants.

@SetecAstronomy :
This the distinction that it seems most people have in mind. What you posted is another way to point out that just because someone with no legal right to reside in the US was not afforded a court hearing, does not mean they were denied due process.

Spork : Huh? The Constitution makes it absolutely clear that every person in the United States has the right to due process of law. Every person, whether you take affront to the tenet or not. I saw Denny Crane say it.

Sisyphus :

Citizens and non-citizens are entitled to due process.

But some non-citizens are not entitled to court hearings as their form of due process. I'm 100% certain you know this.
