The due process immigrants are afforded varies depending on how long a person has been in the U.S. and their legal status. Legal experts say there are no exceptions to due process for immigrants.

Spork: I see no reason for tax payer funds to be going to most if not all of those organizations. Thanks to whomever posted those links.

@SetecAstronomy: I don't know who your legal experts are but I have also read recently that there are, in fact exceptions to this law. One of the exceptions are the law Trump sited in his deportation orders and the other deals with the timing of said aliens arrival. And I feel sure we will be receiving further guidance from the Supreme Court in the not to distant future.
So there is that.

I stand corrected.Popular Vote: Donald Trump received 77,303,568 votes (49.81%), and Kamala Harris received 75,019,230 votes (48.34%).Trump got more popular votes (not a majority).
