I'll never understand why people get so angry about others exercising their 1st amendment right.It's so inconceivably low-likely that people protesting in Kingwood of all places, are being paid to do so. That's absurd. Im sure it happens, I think its suspicious when piles of bricks show up, but c'mon.
These are your neighbors protesting. Just because they have different values than you or I doesn't make them bad faith actors

I really don't think we are seeing paid protesters here either. . There are so many rumors flying around, ugh. I'm fine with these peaceful protests, especially after what's going on in other places. Let's not start harassing them and throwing stuff.

I've protested plenty, as have many of my family friends. I haven't gotten a check from anybody. Is it that inconceivable to you that people in your neighborhood genuinely disagree with you? Look at elections returns for KW precincts. It's not 100% republican! Might be a big majority but it's not 100%!

I saw protesters in Waikiki this evening. I too exercised my rights acknowledging their presence and let them know I think they are #1.

do they have permits? they are on every corner with signs and even in the median so obstructing and distracting traffic which happens to be a very busy corner

icare : You don't need a permit to stand on a public street corner. I'd also say if someone standing in a median is obstructing your driving, you're doing it wrong.
