I never got my notice this year.....But I knew May 15th was the common deadline....As such, I protested "online" last week....Really easy to do....Waiting for their response now.....If you haven't spent money to "doll-up" your house to sell on "the market" this year then you should protest your appraisal!.....

SteveT : We also have till the 21st. I really started digging into it last night and when I went to file I saw I have till later. So, I am taking this opportunity to improve my case.
