This is very disturbing- who is responsible for maintaining the delivery equipment ??? If these many outages are not planned rolling blackouts and instead shoddy equipment when will this be addressed?

Ruger5 : Call Centerpoint, and ask them. They own and operate most of the electricity distribution lines in Kingwood and most of Houston.

Ruger5: I was in HEB at Towncenter earlier and the electricity went out for just enough time to screw up the computer registers. Although the electricity came right back on their system took about 10 minutes to reboot. Imagine having to deal with that in a work situation over and over all day long, every day!
