LittleTexas : I think I'm somewhere in the middle, around a 5 or so. I try to stay optimistic, and definitely try to be there for everyone I love and care about. Sometimes it's harder to put a positive spin on things, but I try to stay grounded and figure things out.

LittleTexas : Hmm....there's also a big difference between being overall pessimistic, and bringing everyone else down all the time. I try to keep my pessimism self-contained in my own head, as much as possible. ; )

LittleTexas : I'm definitely neutral to positive but for some reason I tend to attract Debbie Downers into discussions I participate most of the time. I let them speak to a wall. Most of the time its pure projection or jealousy.

I'm positive with a pinch of negative from time to time.
When I see the negative coming out, I have a long talk with myself in the mirror. Then I'm good to go for a while.
