Ruger5 : This was not his first venture - he is experienced! Cameras can only do so much - that guy had to know he was being filmed. Get a job! Oh, that is his job.

he will be back; maybe pass the info along to law enforcement, since he is clear,as is his vehicle, though no plate. Karma has his number, and She will be calling it, soon. People only Think they get away with this b.s., but there Will be hell he will pay, at some time... Emoticon

My guess would be he doesn't worry about cameras. Very likely he steals plants then someone else sells them. The truck looks fairly new so his stealing apparently is lucrative.
