PCT. 4 Deputy Arrests Man for 3rd DWI, Upgraded to Felony

PCT. 4 Deputy placed a male into custody for Driving While Intoxicated off US Highway 59. This is the males 3rd DWI arrest made by OUR Deputies, meaning itâ€™s now a FELONY!

cbear : I know a KW person w 7 dwi's and literally nothing has happened. You just need a good lawyer.

@Reverb2000 : Really? That's awful! They will just keep doing it too. Sad. I wonder what their auto insurance premium is...if they have any.
