sfa1tx : That's what I was thinking. GameStop was 708 Kingwood Dr and ColdStone was 706. They're probably taking over both spaces but using the 708 address.

FreebyrdII : Keke's is owned by Denny's,though, and will be more for diners who want to sit down to a full breakfast; eggs, bacon, pancakes, and the like. PB is more of a dessert and coffee type spot, though they do have some breakfast sandwiches, pizza breads, and other savory things for breakfast or any time of day, as a quick bite ,or afternoon break. Bit of a different demographic, re customers' choices. Plus, people will plan to go early to KeKe's if they like it, knowing they can stop by PB much later in the day. Controlled Customer Flow.
