It looked like Dimassi's was open the next day. If they had similar flooding (same shopping area) I'm wondering how good of a job they did and going there could be worrisome. 4951

Pappas had all their construction, maintenance, and IT guys working around the clock along with employees who got in their and cleaned it up!! 4951

I was wondering how the Home Depot was open so quickly as well. 4951

They have the contracted paid manpower and all the tools necessary (+$$$$$s) to clean up, remodel, add new appliances, etc.I think it will be safe to eat at Pappas again! Good also for the employees that can go back to work now. 4951

I don't know how long it takes to dry things out, but this seems rather soon? Particularly Dimassi's that opened just a few days later? I'll let y'all try it out first. 4951

People have told my aunt and uncle that they need to wait about a month for things to dry out before they add Sheetrock. Today at work they already had everything resheetrocked and back to normal except paint. Either someone made up this month thing or I am going to be working in mold. 4951
