Oh no! I hate to hear that. Our family liked Outback, and it's a shame for the employees that worked there too. We like to eat there and then visit the Half Price Books store that was next to it.

Joe : Because it just closed today. Employees just had a meeting to introduce new menu items, then came in this morning to a shuttered restaurant.

Joe : Daughter of a coworker is one of the workers that came in this morning to find out they had closed. I also put in my zip code into the location finder on the Outback website, it showed the closest locations to Kingwood are The Woodlands and Baytown. The Humble location did not come up. I have no issues with posting it on the FB page.

I forgot they were even there. I used to really enjoy their food but it went downhill over the past several years so I quit going. I do hate to see the closer though.

Wait staff gets paid $2.13 an hour in Texas with the rest paid by tips to meet a minimum of $7.25.Pretty sure it's the price of beef that's the issue these days. 1 lb of ground beef is the equivalent of 3 hours of wait staff labor.
