I wonder if we'll be able to return the equipment to the office in New Caney. I will need to cancel my parents service with them when we're ready to move them out of their house. I guess I'll have to call their customer service to find out.

@CatalinaKitKat : I have no idea. I believe New Caney will still have an office, but who knows for how long.

We used to use them. We changed as soon as Tachus was available.
I wonder what will happen to the building, or who will take over it???

@CatalinaKitKat : We returned our Optimum equipment to the NC store. Their rudeness matched that of the Kingwood office. I took pictures of the returned equipment in their office and got a receipt too.

QueenB : They tried sell my account to a collections agency for a supposed bill I didnt pay(I assumed for some doodad they installed but I didnt know to return) after I ended the service but couldn't even provide a bill showing I owed money just an internal spreadsheet that had 250 randomly appear before the final bill but didnt show up in the final bill.
